I like the colors and the atmosphere. The blue combined with the layer of clouds makes me feel like I want to go sleep there. Still yet again I have to say that increasing the contrast would improve this picture. I had some cloud photos taken from an airplane that looked fairly dull, but when I applied Paint Shop Pro's Clarify tool (essentially a very smart contrast boost) to them they suddenly looked pretty gorgeous.
